Have you or someone you know experienced something that you feel might need to be reported?
The Office of Civil Rights (OCR) can help. Every report counts. By reporting a concern, you can prevent future incidents and foster an FIU experience where everyone feels safe and respected.
Don't ignore it, report it.

Mandatory Reporter
If a mandated reporter learns of an incident or receives a report of an incident. They MUST report it to the Title IX Coordinator as quickly as possible.
- GOAL: Stop. Remedy. Prevent
Any relevant details must be provided (i.e., name of faculty, staff, student(s) or other individuals involved, location of incident, if physical violence was allegedly used, etc.)
The University only expects mandated reporters to detail what they have been told; they do not need to investigate or otherwise attempt to resolve the complaint independently.
Reporting
Potential violations of Title IX or FIU-105 Regulation should be reported through report.fiu.edu. The Office of University Compliance & Integrity's Ethical Panther Hotline may also be used to report.
